Front Desk Executive (Female)Qualifications Bachelor’s (Required)Full Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests. Handle queries and complaints. Schedule meetings, and appointments. Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line. Regularly check and sort emails. Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked. Maintain a filing system of all required documents. Maintain a visitor’s log book.Requirements and Skills Any bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevantposition. Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc. Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets and emails, including Microsoft Word,Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills. Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
