This is a senior position, apply only if you have more than 10+ years experience working in a fast paced hospital environment.

Patient care

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Develop and implement strategies to increase new, referral, and follow up patients
• Identify continuous improvement programs to provide more effective patient care
• Growth targets and management

Marketing

• Build out a marketing team to expand the brand
• Focus on the patient foot fall
• Establish a good relationship with community leaders
• Coordinate with the Community Outreach coordinators to conduct camps regularly
• Generate a monthly marketing activity report

Insurance

• Engage with Insurances companies
• Increase the inpatient footfall up to 1 case per day in this category
• Design & implement innovative marketing strategies to reach the insurance patients

Finance

• Manage the overall PL for hospital
• Provide update to board
