• Must have Degree in Food Technology / Msc Food nutrition / Msc Applied Chemistry From any Reputed University.
• Must have Minimum 5 years of Experience in Edible Oil Industry, Incharge of Production / Quality management

• Incoming inspection of raw materials and quality control of finished production/
• Control of compliance and correctness of current production technology.
• Outgoing quality control of finished products.
• Checks for correctness of packaging, labeling and storage conditions.
• Optimization of production engineering.
• Monitoring of correctness of use of equipment.
• Analysis of issues and challenges in production.
• Development of formulations and production engineering for new products.
• Drafting process documentation.
• Calculation of raw materials’ usage rate, and timing.
• Calculation of the cost of products.
• Placing orders for starting materials and equipment.
• Drafting documents for certification of products.
• Monitoring of compliance with sanitary regulations.
• Developing, configuring and optimising end-to-end industrial processes, from ideation to certification
• Managing cost and time constraints
• Ensuring compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations
• Running risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used
• Collecting data, writing reports, and presenting findings to senior management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
