Monitor and evaluate industry trends and client drivers and meet regularly to discuss strategy.

Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, facilitate pitch logistics and convert leads.

Proactively developing our own sales pipeline to promote the benefits of digital marketing and convert new business into the company.

Contacting new prospective clients to establish a positive rapport and convert into new opportunities.

Promoting the digital marketing capabilities of the agency, suggesting areas of improvement and maximizing sales wherever possible.

Handling inbound enquiries and looking after established clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying up selling opportunities.

Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

Reaching out to 10% of the client database on a weekly basis, subject to business changes and requirements.
Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person
Identifying and resolving client queries
Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
Providing clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets
Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement
And other activities related not limited to the above mentioned
