Effixon endeavour to provide best in class engineering solutions to clients across the mining , bulk material handling machinery & conveyor systems,mineral processing & cement plant equipment’s, Process & allied industries across the globe.Location: SiruseriWebsite: www.effixon.comResponsibilities and DutiesResponsible for all overall Office Administration.Reporting and Documentation -Finance and HR Data .Handling day to day HR,FINANCE & ADMIN Operations.Attendance Management & Payroll processing.Manage PF, Medical Insurance, Induction , Compliance etc.Organize office operations and procedures, office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements).Plan in-house or off-site team activities.Be responsible for travel arrangements and visa formalities.Assist in recruitment activities.Reception duties, including Postal/ Communication.Provide general support to visitors.Vendor/ Supplier Management.Facility ManagementEmergency and Safety Management.Carry out any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsMinimum 4 years experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative assistant.Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.Knowledge of standard software packages/ERP.Highly proficient in Microsoft office and particularly Excel (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation, advanced formulas).Ability to maintain confidentiality.Discretion and trustworthiness.Flexibility and adaptability.Good oral and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Proven work experience in Office Administration.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresUp-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem solving skills.Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team.Candidates residing in proximity to Office ( Siruseri) is an added advantage.BenefitsYou are eligible for Group Mediclaim insurance Coverage of Rs 2 Lakh for self and Personal Accident Insurance coverage Rs 5 Lakhs for self.Provident Fund.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 1/12/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All Covid protocols maintained.Experience:Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)Office Administrator: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
