The position involves designing brand identities, web designs, marketing collateral, flyers, brochures etc for our product portfolio and work closely with our development, marketing to refine rough ideas into beautiful feature designs. The individual will be a motivated and self-driven graphic designer, who is passionate about design, has a creative flair and a strong visual sense.Responsibilities: 1)Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials2)Collaborate with the marketing team to design a variety of assets including social media designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, Videos.3)Work on multiple projects in parallel while staying organized and meeting deadlines4)Preparation of creative designs, print output files for flex, logo signage files/brochures/collateral, campaign/engagement mailers, websites etc.5)Bring new ideas for design and content creation to improve Brand reach.6)Should have the ability to develop innovative designs which meet objectives and align with design style.7)Should have solid skills with design software, including, but not limited to, Photoshop, coral draw and Illustrator.8)Should have ability to design excellent web layouts.Qualifications & Requirements: 1) Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a designer2) Experience leading design at social media3) Portfolio showing off your best work4) Excellent visual and verbal communication skills5) Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools6) Expert at Sketch – The digital design toolkit7) You are comfortable with ambiguity, unafraid of change, and proactive8)You are creative, resourceful, and dedicated to fully understanding the request before reaching a solution9)Experience with marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization Strong illustration skills.Notice Period : ImmediateSalary : 20k to 35k Per MonthJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR32,000.00 per monthSchedule:
