Riona Products Hiring for Accounts Executive | Chennai at India Full Time

Looking for an Experienced Accountant who is well versed with Tally and Accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Day to Day books of accounts & inventory to ensure all business transactions are recorded in Tally ERP. (Good in General Ledger, Billing, Bank Reconciliation, P&L, Balance Sheet)
• GST Sales / Purchase invoices and compliance with Statutory Provisions under GST Tax Regime etc.
• Calculation & Filing of all GST Returns and TDS Returns and corresponding tax payments.
• Income Tax Audit compliance, all related accounting entries like depreciation, transfer entries etc., coordinating with firm Auditor.
• Handling Bank related work, petty cash and vouchers and timely payment of all invoices.
• Draft emails, letters etc. for payment follow ups and other communication with various vendors.
• Prior experience in the E-commerce sector will be a bonus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Well versed with Tally ERP 9
• Very strong with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
• Good written and oral English communication skills
• Good Analytical skills
• Candidates with 2 Wheeler license would be preferred

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
