We’re looking for a fellow green heart-er to lead the operations team, and work directly with our founder.
This is an opportunity for someone with passion for fashion with sustainability, genuine concern for the environment, coupled with strong understanding of data management, processes and adherence to execution.

This position will be responsible for seasonal strategies, forecasting, event management, vendor relationships, merchandising, managing and reporting on operational and marketing costs and other business data points, dealing with and tracking all dealings with online customers, vendors and third party outlets etc. This person should have a good knowledge of garment production and related supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with and reporting to the Founder, essential responsibilities (not necessarily in order of priority) include but are not limited to:
– Campaign Planning & Budget Management
– Participate and contribute to Sales strategy development and execution
– Merchandising of in-store and MBO/ third party stocks
– Managing the supply chain of each collection
– Vendor Management for all suppliers (fabrics, printing, dyeing, production, packagaing) – Identification, development, contracting, liaising, Accounts follow up and Relationship Management
– MBO management – Identification, development, contracting, liaising, Accounts follow up and Relationship Management. while working to grow the portfolio
– Working closely with our digital marketing & creative agencies, track progress of campaigns and analytics
– Event curation management (Pop ups, exhibitions, collection launch and brand based events), including participating and helping in organization of setup/ logistics
– Visual Merchandising support
– Media and Influencer collaboration & relationship building support
– Data management – Consolidation, Analytics and Reporting around Sales, Customers, Stocks, Budgets Inventory Management, Financial performance etc– will
– Seasonal analytics
– Website maintenance – Data Management as well as recommending/ overseeing improvements/ new feature additions
– Support Market research activities
– Day to day logistics – Overseeing and tracking timely e-commerce, other outlet, specific event or new collection orders, tracking documentation ( including GST/ E-Way, Invoice, Delivery Challans and other regulatory compliance requirements ) with deliveries, follow up with Courier agencies
– Day to day operations – Production planning, tracking against schedule, monitoring and responding to any customer or Outlet queries, monitoring stocks and identifying any potential risks due to resource shortage or delays, production delays, staff absence etc
Skills and Qualifications
– Must have an interest in sustainable fashion
– Creative and able to think-out-of-the-box
– Detail-oriented and well organized, with a good control on managing budgets and business information reporting
– Strong data management skills, efficient in MS excel
– Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, punctual and organized .. with ability to supervise without being supervised.
– Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. knowledge of Hindi would be added advantage
– A team player, comfortable dealing with people at all levels in the organization
– Tech savvy (MS office is a must, Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is beneficial)
– Sound understanding of social media networks and digital marketing will be preferable
– Shopify platform knowledge is beneficial
– Bachelors degree in business administration/operations or similar
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the fashion industry or similar role required
