Immediate hiring for Automobile Chief Mechanical Officer with good salary scale from 15K to 20K.
Qualification: B Tech Automobile.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Coordinating the spare parts dealings for dealers and showrooms
• Responsible for Spare Parts checking in CRM and coordinate with Spare Parts in charge on a daily basis
• Responsible for Travelling our branches to vehicle Service checking
• Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of serviced vehicle.
• Responsible for assigning duties to Mechanic on a daily and weekly basis.
• Responsible to visit Trivandrum branch in every month for checking and clearing Spare Parts stock with the help of branch in charge at Trivandrum.
• Responsible for giving training to new joiners ( Mechanical Staff) both dealers and our branches
• Responsible for maintaining a spare stock level as defined by the organization at all times to reduce the delivery delay due to spare not available.
• Responsible for ensuring a high customer satisfaction rate by providing exactly the service customer wants.
• Responsible for being a part of customer product awareness video
• Responsible for handling a conversation with customers regarding the complaints if any, and assign the duties to Mechanics for the same to solve the queries
• Responsible for ensuring all the open customer service related queries are closed within 3 days of query raise.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
