Qualification: MBA Power Management/Advance PG Diploma in RE/PG Diploma in Electricity Regulations/Certified M&V Professional

Experience: 15+ Years

Job Description: Day to day activities involve

a. Set targets of marketing and execution with team and monitor them on weekly basis

b. Monitoring of Billing and cash realization

c. Training of personnel – group training and individual training

d. Periodic meeting with important clients

e. Periodic review of EMDs and Bank Guarantees and targets of all persons. To review high value tender and express their interest, formally to tender team. Evaluate MIS of tenders.

f. Develop repeat business and conduct marketing on own or through other associates. Also monitor the tenders being filed and conduct necessary risk analysis and work with identification of private sector

g. Develop commercial approach in each of the businesses and discuss with management

h. Understand training requirements and conduct necessary training for associates who are doing marketing so that they are most productive and Set marketing targets of various associates for developing business and monitor the same

Expected Skills

a. Business and execution understanding in Power sector advisory (knowledge in Cluster Development/Sustainable Development is an added advantage)

b. Client Relationship Management skills

c. Consultancy Service for Preparation Detail Project Report for Design, Manufacture, installation, testing & commissioning & AMC of Renewable Energy Systems & devices for state / area / government scheme

d. Expert in making Solar city master plan with detailed action plan under solar city guidelines

e. Expertise in Demonstration Project on Energy Efficient Street Lighting for municipality / state
