Location: Work from Home ( Preferred Calicut Candidates)

Basic Salary: 12000 INR per Month

Earning Potential with Targets : Upto 18000 INR including Basic Salary

Number of Days per Week: 5 days

Hours per Week : 40- 43 hours

Shift Pattern: Between 1.30pm – 12.30pm(Indian Standard Time)

Experience: Customer sevice BPO: 1-2 years

Requirements’

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Customer focused and always drives satisfaction when responding to enquiries and calls
• Customer service orientated warm & friendly personality
• Able to work under pressure and multitasking
• Experience in working with Softwares
• Must have good Internet connection (laptop and headset will be provided)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound calls
• Follow up missed appointments
• Convert all enquiries into appointments
• Schedule appointments
• Cold calling the database to maximise utilisation
• Responding to emails & social media accounts
• Assisting with Branch discounts
• Resolving Customer complaints and reporting to management
