Your responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Create concepts, feasibility studies, architectures/designs for the validation of IVI & OTA projects
• Identify and provide ideas for the Technical areas of improvement
• Provide solutions to develop the automation framework and drive them
• Monitor the progress and provide continuous feedback for improvement
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
• Write technical reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
• Conduct periodic technical reviews to improve the validation strategies
• Enable and support the team to ramp up with the latest technology trends

Your Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent Automotive (In vehicle infotainment both Android and non-Android IVI, OTA including onboard and offboard, Products, Systems) working experience
• Good communication with clients/operational managers – listening and providing answers
• Expertise in CAN and vehicle Diagnostic tools
• Exposure to AUTOSAR and CAPL scripting is an advantage
• In-vehicle testing knowledge and ability to setup end to end system testing for OTA solutions
• Experience with Functional Safety and ASIL is an advantage.
• Good communication with clients/operational managers – listening and providing answers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze the problem statement and build technical solutions/estimation for RFQs and RFPs
• Ability to lead and guide team for project deliveries, analyze risk and proactively identify the mitigations
• Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
• Ability to gather and assimilate information
• Ability to be adapt and prioritize, driving delivery excellence
• Ability to strategize in competency development, business growth and develop future ready teams/solutions
• Expertise in one of the scripting languages (e.g. JAVA, JUnit, Python, C#…)
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Debugging skills
• Good analytical skills and highly motivated
