Your responsibilities
Oversee everyday maintenance of website as well as identify, develop, and execute future development opportunities and a website strategy/roadmap
Ensure an up-to-date online presence by leading UX and design efforts and managing website optimization efforts that improves user experience
Work with the marketing team to launch content, product, and promotional campaigns on the website
Conceptualize and execute strategies to increase traffic on and to our website to generate leads while leveraging A/B and user testing for conversion
Provide insights (analysis and reporting) on traffic, product downloads, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to support decision making and campaign planning and identify gaps
Drive the localization of website content to address different regions together with the marketing managers in the regions
Work closely with content creators and be the subject matter expert that helps ideate and create web page layouts
Coordinate and monitor external agencies
Your profile
You have a degree in Marketing or a related qualification
You have 5-7 years of work experience as a website administrator
You are proficient in programming languages, including HTML, XML, Java and CSS
You come with strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge and are skilled in website analytics and KPIs and using data-led insights to determine future website development
You possess expert working knowledge of web-related technology such as Content Management Systems, technical SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
You have experience leading and managing UX, design, and development projects
You have the aptitude for liaising between multiple stakeholders with multiple project-related interests across time zones and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment
You think and act globally and are familiar with international structures
You possess well-developed communication and presentation skills and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You speak English fluently
