Roles & Responsibilities:

– Communicate with customers for queries, follow-ups, order updates and fulfilment

– Coordinate with logistics partners for tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries

– Improving the customer’s overall experience with the brand by identifying opportunities for customer delight

– Answering all incoming queries on social media and our dedicated email account

– Answering all incoming calls from customers inquiring about the product and services

– Working actively to answer and address all incoming WhatsApp conversations with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per month
