Elevate is recruiting a Associate – Process .You will be a part of User support group. This support group is the Single Point of Contact for the End Users to ensure an effective and timely resolution to issues/change requests.

Specifically, you will be:
Interacting and understanding the issues raised by the End Users and providing with the appropriate resolutions
The User Support Group executive triages the issue reported to ascertain the further course of action. If the issue involves the higher technical complexity, then routed to level to Support Group
o Inbound emails/calls
o Identification of the issue
o Action as per the error reported
o Resolution provided via email/call
o Escalated if needed
o Ticket raised
o Follow up if required
Technical skills:
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written skills
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Working knowledge of Call Centre Operations, including SLAs, TATs and AHTs
Analytical thought process and rational approach towards problem solving.
Should have a logical bent of mind to analyze and resolve complex issues
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience
Qualification:
Graduation in technical stream preferably Computers/IT
