Elior India Looking For Project Manager at Greater Hyderabad Area Full Time

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager for our Hyderabad Business

The role will be responsible for managing all the kitchen / office set ups from designing to handover as turn-key projects

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Liaising with various Government officials for various licenses or any other works as needed.
• Responsible for signing of vendor contract and coordinating with various vendors for day to day works and supervising the works from quality and cost perspective.
• Responsible to ensure costing is approved and payment is cleared as per completion status and agreed credit terms.
• Ensuring the completion of work is done as per approved design and specifications.
• Coordinating with various functions /departments and updating the project progress in Project Tracker
• MIS reporting of Project Progress status to the management
• Travelling across cities as per project requirement related to setting up/ renovation of new kitchens/offices, etc.

What’s required:

• Postgraduate/Graduate
• Experience – 10+ years of experience in managing civil/kitchen infrastructure projects
• Prefer candidate with work experience in Civil Project Management
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to pay attention to details.
