About Job

This role requires you to guide our students and this is not a sales role. As a student relationship manager, you need to mentor our paid students on how to achieve career goals. You would be doing this by keeping track of their course journey on how many topics have they covered and how many projects were submitted or how many are still pending. Guide them on how to complete these courses on time and train them for getting placed in the top Industries. You would be responsible for the entire journey of the student starting from day one of them starting the course till they get placed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Mentoring already enrolled students to shape their career goals. This is not a sales role.
• Has a good understanding of any of the emerging engineering domains like Design Engineering, Data Science, Machine & Deep Learning, Electric Vehicles, Mechatronics, Advanced Robotics, Embedded Systems, Rapid Prototyping, Programming, AR/VR, Blockchain and more.
• Has good understanding of engineering student’s mindset and career choices they make
• Relationship-driven and resourceful – believes in getting things done
• Assisting students in their student journey
• High empathy and patience to understand and answer queries
• Flexible – can adjust to various situations in the field and can relate to all kinds of people
• Organized, and keeps track of their work and tasks
• Being super invested in the goals and vision of the student to use our platform and resources to help advance their objectives to be industry-ready engineers.
• Managing overall response of all students by already implemented student relation strategies, evaluating and improvising them
• Graduate (any) with excellent communication skills
