Lotus Dairy Products Pvt Ltd Hiring for Microbiologist at Sīkar Full Time

1. Ensure to reduce microbiological growth in raw milk at our end.

2. Ensure effective pasteurization and prevention of post pasteurization contamination.

3. Ensure to maintain the required temperature for storage of all products to prevent growth of Microorganism.

4. To conduct the rinse test as per specified schedule to maintain the hygiene of entire plant.

5. To ensure the load of microorganism in milk and other products are maintained within specified limits.

6. Keep a proper record of the data and results.

7. To ensure the personal hygiene is adequate and satisfactory.

8. To look after sectional cleaning and housekeeping.

9. To analyze in process product check.

10. To check sanitary practices.

11. To ensure proper CIP, cleaning and Hygiene by swab analysis periodically.

12. To perform swab analysis of all equipment and Tanks.

13. To control over Microbial count of products.

14. Periodically checking of worker hand swab testing.

15. To ensure the load of microorganism on all products should be within specified limit.

16. Corrections and corrective action report to submit as and when required.

17. Keep Update Microbiological Documents as per Quality Plan.

18. To keep update sterilized test tube, pipette and reagents for MBRT & its performance.

19. To Achieve provided objective & Targets with in specified time period.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
