Responsibilities

• Preparation of imported cargo GRN
• Collection of gate entry paper from gate.
• Check the unloading remarks given by the user.
• Check the invoice & BOE copy for packing material and exchange rate.
• Check the Custom Miro of the BOE.
• Prepare the GRN by considering the unloading remarks of the user.
• Complete the GRN by bill of entry wise.
• Intimate the same to Taxation team for IGST credit.
• Ensure correct storage location of the GRN like MD/RMD/Unrestricted.
• Prepare separate batch for different chemistry and intimate the same to lab for quality report updating.
• Shortage Intimation and Recovery in Imported Scrap
• Prepare a reconciliation statement after completion of the GRN.
• Check the shortage found at ICD/Vizag CFS and arrange the weighment tickets.
• Follow up with IGI surveyor for certificate.
• Arrange the photographs of sealed containers.
• Arrange the scanned JSL weighment slips.
• Send the Shortage intimation where shortage is more than that of allowed limit.
• Stock Transfer of Internal Ferro Chrome from Ferro Alloys to SMS
• Follow up with Ferro Alloys team for timely PGI.
• Follow up with the purchase team for preparation of internal PO.
• Follow up with the SMS team for confirmation of physical receipt of the material.
• Follow up with the LAB team for updation of chemistry report.
• Check the Rate and Chemistry in PO for preparation of GRN.
• Preparation of GRN and provide the stock for Consumption.
• BDC Upload for ICD Containers
• Manual gate entry takes more than 5 mins for completion of one gate entry therefore we have developed BDC system for gate entry of ICD containers which was done by the ICD ground team who loads the container and saved the extra load on our gate entry team and now the gate entry will be made with in 1 Min.
• Collect the dispatch details from the VIZAG logistic team.
• Prepare the Excel format with all the data.
• SAP Development & Daily SAP issue resolution
• Brain storming and check the opportunity for new development in system and process.
• Prepare the BRD data for the new/Changes requirement and share the same with SAP team.
• Provide the business requirement and process.
• Follow up with SAP team for logic finalization.
• Check the changes in Development server.
• Giving the clearance to move the changes to quality server.
• Check the changes in quality server.
• Giving the clearance for movement of changes to production server.
• Check the changes in production server.
• Give training on the new changes to the user.
• Providing authorization to users.
• Check the day to day issues and provide solution.
• Review of T. Code authorization to users on regular interval.
• Proper House Keeping at Stores
• Ensure Proper Housekeeping all around stores2.
• Train subordinate about the work style to maintain proper house keeping.
• Ensure proper cleaning of stores2 area.
