Our team consists of engineers who are experienced in this niche vertical that requires unique set of skills that cater to creating solutions for the healthcare vertical.What You’ll DoWe are looking for an Admin assistant to oversee our office operations, including facilities and office services.The role requires an energetic, calm, enthusiastic self-starter, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is responsible in helping the HR for keeping our office running smoothly.What You Will Work OnAdministration: Ensuring office maintenance and purchases. Booking employees flight with the travel vendor.Preparing local vendor bills and sending for approval. Preparing office cash and payments expenses on a monthly basis.Purchasing local IT requirements and other office stationaries.Co-ordinating with HR for various documentation related purposes and travelling to local government offices, private offices, banks etc.Provide general support to visitors,clients,employees etc.Assisting in resolving any administrative problems in the office (IT and non-IT).You will look after travel itineraries, transportation arrangements, and accommodations where necessary.Travel as and when required by the organisation for internal purposes.The skills and qualifications you’ll need-You have at least 3 -5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting Management.You possess advanced skills in MS OfficeYou have an eye for details and a knack for planning and organizing.You demonstrate the ability to collaborate with staff at all levels and external contacts.You have experience in Engineering and/or Product organizations.You can balance supporting multiple leaders within cross-functional departments.Prior knowledge of managing Corporate travel & accommodation booking through online portal or through the authorized travel agentsMust be a strong self-motivated team player who will demonstrate and drive initiativesMust have a positive, empathetic and professional approachExcellent verbal and written communications skillsTrustworthy, honest & punctualSmart & presentableCompetitive Compensation and BenefitsElixr offers competitive salaries and benefits and an environment that encourages employees to achieve their career goals.What we offer at Elixr?At Elixr, you will enjoy a robust rewards package which includes:Opportunity to work on various projects of various sizes.Competitive salary.Group Insurance.Learning and development programs, training, career opportunities.About The TeamOur team is collaborative, positive, curious, and engaged.
