Ellis Hiring for Associate, Growth & Customer Success at Remote Full Time

The role

We’re looking for a smart, proactive and enthusiastic associate to join our growth and customer success team.The role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and has a knack for meaningful insights. An ideal candidate will not only help us convert a higher number of our applicants, but also help us improve our overall customer experience in the process.

Reporting into the Director India, the role involves closely working with the growth and support teams to develop an outbound engagement approach to promote knowledge enablement. This helps customers make informed decisions with regards to making the most of services with Ellis.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage customer service enquiries via chat, email and telephone

• Identify and share key pain points in our customer’s journey and reduce potential friction to improve the overall customer experience

• Proactively engage with potential customers through email, telephone whatsapp, etc.

• Distribute highly researched content across the lifecycle of an international student

• Work within growth and service functions engage with customers via webinars, in person events, and Q&A’s etc.

What you’ll need

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 2 – 4 years experience, preferably in the international student or travel industry

• Self-starter; motivated by a fast-paced environment; a growth mindset

• Sales skills and ability to dispense product information to the customer needs

• A strong ability to convert instruction and campaign plans into high levels of output
