EVO Foods Hiring for Digital Marketing Executive at Mumbai Full Time

Job description

We are looking for a passionate, driven go- getter who is obsessive about data and metrics to join us at Evo Foods in this mission as a Digital Executive. This role is highly collaborative, and requires a business-savvy professional who can facilitate marketing programs with sales to measure the business impact in a digital world.

You will be responsible for working with various agencies to drive revenue growth across all the digital channels including- Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon etc.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong marketing foundation for driving growth via formulating brand, content & product strategy
• Shopify Website management, promotions & troubleshooting
• Marketing analytics – Understand different tools to be implemented along with Development team to understand consumer behaviour and able to precisely track their journey and website traffic
• Understanding the company’s unique market position, its advantages and challenges for marketing channels.
• Developing and identifying strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as SEM/SEO, Email, Social, affiliate, alliances and drive traffic and conversions.
• Forecasting & Reporting- Manage, track, report and present programs budgets by channel campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle.
• Day to Day management and monitoring of ad spends and conversions and running A/B testing across paid search campaigns and landing pages.
• Sales, visibility and promo planning on partner platforms and working with product team and data to ensure a consistent product experience
• Appoint and work closely with agencies to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
• Marketing on third party market places like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Skills:

• Extremely creative with a growth hacker mindset and in dept knowledge of the Facebook Advertising Ecosystem
• Systems thinker with detail oriented and process thinking- doer instead of talker
• Outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
• Proactive and independent with the ability to think out of the box
• Experience working in a matrix and highly collaborative team orientated environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Research in the alternative protein ecosystem highly desired

Qualifications:

• Ideal experience: 1-2 years.
• Prior & demonstrable experience with a D2C company highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a hyper growth e-commerce and/or consumer company is highly preferred
• Should have worked with large budgets on paid search with a proven track record of highly successful consumer product marketing leadership driving sales growth primarily via performance marketing/paid advertising,
• Demonstrable success in creating, executing and measuring marketing plans and campaigns across channels with a track record of successfully achieving KPIs
• The ability to articulate platform and brand vision to the community at large and also to internal teams

Compensation:

3.5 – 4.5 LPA
