Overview:
The Asset Management team is looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual.
As the Associate Asset Administrator for the Information Technology department, you will be
supporting the business by procuring, managing, tracking, and supporting IT hardware and
software assets. This position will interact with internal users as well as vendors.

Manage and process daily software/hardware requests from end users to ensure service levels are metEnsure quality control through the lifecycle of all company IT assetsManage and maintain databases and records of information such as licenses, service agreements, and warrantiesCoordinate procurement of IT hardware and softwareEnsure the recovery and disposal of IT hardware and software happens in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with internal policies, agreed pricing, contract terms and conditions.Recognize and support Ellucian’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in your daily activities
What you will bring
1-2 years of asset management experienceExperience in a global environmentExperience with service management platforms (ServiceNow preferred)Experience working with cloud technologies (Box, Zoom, and Office365)Strong analytical skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedStrong time-management skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhat makes #Ellucianlife:
