Recruit, manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods.Coordinate with the hiring managers to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.Do the search and recruitment of digital marketing positions individually.Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles.Use various resources for recruitmentPrioritize work and review it with team member (recruiters)Familiar with professional social networking sites and various HR groupsEssential Qualities: Ability to speak to Top management people with confidenceMust have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the Digital Marketing industry.Must possess MS Office skillsUnderstanding of Recruitment tools.Thorough knowledge of accessing data banks and portalsSensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum lead timeGood communicator especially on phone with stakeholders and candidatesGood team leader and team builderJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 4 years (Required)
