About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing an annual budget of c.$65m within the Operations and Global Functions Portfolio. You will lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecast cycles for the two largest sub BU’s within Operations. You will work cross-functionally to drive efficiency in indirect costs and improve reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage (ad-hoc) analysis and reporting requirements ensuring effective reporting within the financial and strategic calendar

Be an expert on all financial matters and provide insights which drive actions for improvements or change

Foster a “no surprise” culture

Over time representing the Finance Director in meetings with various senior stakeholders

Executing constructive tests to our strategic direction to offer insights into our financial forecast

Requirements

University degree and (preferably) accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience with both business finance as well as technical accounting

Have experience working in a large and complex international matrix environment

Be able to contribute to business strategy and support management teams to achieve strategic goals

Have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion and Oracle

Demonstrate experience in coordinating analysis, financial feasibility studies and business cases

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Be flexible and willing to travel occasionally
