Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to oversee both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, worked In Dubai or in Bangladesh or currently working in these two places would be a good fit. The ideal candidate must possess employee lifecycle management, and HR process optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset to attract top talent while ensuring seamless HR operations to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and negotiations for potential hires.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
• Manage employee records, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Implement and improve HR policies, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives and organizational development.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the FMCG or related industries (at least 5 years).
• Experience recruiting for GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and talent pool.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in HRM or a related field.

Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
