Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head located in Kolkata. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential, commercial, and retail real estate projects. They will be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing various aspects of the projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Construction Management, and Real Estate Development skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting, scheduling, and risk management expertise
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Previous experience in residential and commercial real estate projects
