JR39345 Talent Acquisition Senior Manager (Evergreen)
A top-tier professional with extensive experience in field of Talent acquisition to strategize and deliver recruiting solutions to attract, retain, engage top and diverse talents to meet the Micron’s growth. As an integral member of the global HR leadership team, we believe that you will provide the key leadership needed to build and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals of hiring, employer branding, innovative solutions for engaging with potential candidates. You will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of recruiting and talent solutions by understanding the business direction and needs. To accomplish this, you will be required to be collaborating with key customers , build and maintain sound relationship with senior business leaders and have the opportunity to influence and partner across HR functions, cross-cultural teams and external partners.
Functional Roles and Responsibility
Govern Recruiting Programs and Policies
Support and Drive Continuous Improvement :Deep knowledge of current trends for recruiting. Support and enable recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies recruiting solutions locally. Benchmark and assess performance levels as well as identify improvement actions from recruiting metrics.
Build Customer and Partner Relationships: Identify and collaborate with customers and partners both internal and external to effectively develop and deploy recruiting solutions. Collaborate with key partners to anticipate future hiring needs. Partner with various functions to ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
