JD for Stores Officer – Stores

• Ensuring prompt accounting of daily inwards by making GRN and moving to storage locations.

• Issuing to shopfloor intime against Manufacturing Orders.

• Converting Delivery Orders into Invoice on the same day by organising physical packing and PICK&PACK, Ship Goods in ERP.

• Ensuring safe & secure packing of Finished items towards avoid customer complaints.

• Arranging despatch documentations of E waybill, TC and LR booking with transporters during daily despatches.

• Ensuring stock availability of Carton boxes, wooden pallets and other packing materials.

• Accounting of Customers Return materials in ERP and closing the same by

co-ordinating with Quality, Finance and Engineering service team.

• Cycle Counting activities – Daily / Weekly / Monthly (As per schedule)

• Verifying Transporters freight bills and arrange for payment.

• Reconciliation of shipments despatched and delivered / undelivered.

• Updating daily status reports.

• Handling the team members.

• Adhering 5S & Safety activities.
