Based in Cluj, Bologna or Manchester, the Regionalization Program Lead will be primarily responsible to provide focus and leadership for Europe Regionalization activities in Pressure Management (PRM) Business Unit.
The Regionalization process – made in Europe for Europe; will help us provide better service to our customers and thus, accelerate our business growth in Europe. In addition, this role is the owner of the Regionalization Gate process which all the regionalization projects will use. You will work with SBU leaders, Plant Managers, Sales Leaders and other functional teams to bring in new products to be produced in Europe for Europe to enhance the business growth. This person will also lead, analyze and propose new projects for the Regionalization & Localization Project funnel which include the viable projects in various stages. Project Management tools and governance will be used to ensure the deliverables are reached and exceeded.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Drive and monitor the Europe regionalization/localization projects using the PRM Europe Regionalization Gate Process
Provide effective management of the project team across PRM Europe locations
Develop, implement and monitor the Europe Regionalization/Localization Project funnel:
Develop the project funnel for rolling 24-36 months with the Project Priority Tool
Plan the detailed project schedule for rolling 18 months
Conduct quarterly reviews for the project progress and add new projects into the funnel
Review the resource level to ensure we have adequate resources to support the projects in the Europe
Execute Regionalization/Localization Projects in Europe region
Prepare and review the business plan with Europe key stakeholders and justify the project case
Form the project team from various functions or departments, to develop project plan and align the project objectives with key stakeholders, ensuring that all deadlines are being met
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects and perform overall quality control of the work
Lead the project team members on following up on deliverables in compliance to PRM Europe Regionalization Gate process
Connect with management via Gate Meetings and regular updates of project progress to Europe Operations Director
Own Project KPI & Europe Regionalization:
Project data analysis and preparation of project reporting. Report the KPI number periodically
Continue to maximize regionalization/localization % to ensure self-sufficiency of Europe region
Continue to improve product families cost, profitability and customer expected lead time through regionalization & localization activities
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management required
Minimum 2-3 years experience with Product Manufacturing / Production Line
Experience in Project Management in a global multinational organization
Experience working in a matrix organization preferred
PMP certified, with excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills will be an advantage
Excellent organization development and knowledge of international business
Must be able to effectively connect with senior leadership and across cultural/geographical boundaries
Ability to travel within Europe about 20% of the time, and globally (max once per quarter), when travel is permitted
