Review of Customer specifications/inputs and identify scope

Follow the departmental and PMO Processes

Generate Project Design documents -FDS/MODBUS map,I/O list, as per project VDRL.

Engineering Design freeze (System Architecture, P&ID and Control Narratives)

Customer Engagement which includes customer KOM, Customer Queries, resolving deviation to specifications

Ensure Quality of the Project documentation

Configure Flow computers /controlles /PLC use database and HMI graphics/created Reports

Perform Pre-FAT and FAT and SAT with customer /site travel involved

Desired Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 5- 6 years of experience preferably with oil and gas background

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required

Hands on Experience of S600+, OMNI and Emerson DeltaV based Metering Flow Computer’s preferred, and Truck loading Batch Controlles or PLC , experience in any HMI(Wonderware/iFIx/Cimplicity )

Verify Calculations as per Metering (AGA-8, AGA-7, or API) Measurement standards preferred

Excellent hands on Experience on PLC/SCADA, HMI, Batch Controllers / Truck or Ship Loading/Unloading Controllers

Experience on Liquid or GAS, Fiscal or Custody Transfer Metering Knowledge, Provers and Master Meters
