Summary:

This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design/development, implementation and support of SharePoint Applications. The position requires interaction with business users and the technical teams for analysis/development in SharePoint 2010, 2013 and SharePoint Online. This position will be responsible to automate business processes using Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps), Nintex and other Automation tools. The role will require knowledge sharing with team members through various means such as documented specs, demonstrations, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Experience of working with direct end users/customers/business users to understand the requirements and provide optimal solution

• Work with Business Managers/IT Leaders to understand project delivery expectations

• Design, develop and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and custom solutions built in ASP.Net, C#, JSOM, CSOM

• Define/Improve processes to improve system performance and efficiency

• Review and implement best practices within the team to maximize system/application potential

• Analyze technologies, technical processes and / or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement

• Document all technical deliverables as part of user manuals, technical specifications, best practices

Experience/Skills

• 5-7 years of experience on SharePoint applications development on SharePoint 2010 / 2013, SharePoint Online

• Strong hands on experience & expertise in using Power Automate (Microsoft Flow), PowerApps, and Nintex Forms & Workflows O365

• Strong hands on experience & expertise in using client-side scripting JSOM, CSOM, SSOM

• Strong hands on experience & expertise in Asp.Net, C#, API, MVC

• Should have hands-on experience in client-side development and maintenance utilizing JavaScript, jQuery (and related libraries) and CSS3/HTML5

• Strong knowledge on SharePoint Out of Box features like SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Master Pages, Permissions Management

• Experience of working in Scrum/Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries

• Experience of working in ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs

• Knowledge on Office 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework, Power BI is an added advantage

• Nice to have hands-on experience in SharePoint troubleshooting – logs, correlation id troubleshooting, best practices

• Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies are added advantage

• Should be proactive individual contributor & team player

• Should have effective analytical & problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree

• Candidate should possess the degree from a recognized University/ Institution only
