The role
As a team we are together responsible for providing a modern, efficient and secured environment supporting our employees as we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for someone with strong understanding of the management, soft and people’s skills, excellent communication, leadership and planning skills. We are looking for

• Someone who is able to contribution towards reducing tickets
• Should be able to manage overall admin experience with key internal stakeholders
• Should be able to work on feedback on ticket handling
• Should know how to set up and manage on-time admin related activities with internal stakeholders
• Should have collaboration with other support functions and delivery team
• Technical Skills: SAP B1, accounting knowledge, Microsoft: Excel, Client Communications, Banking
