The role
As a team we are together responsible for providing a modern, efficient and secured environment supporting our employees as we believe that our employees are our greatest strength. We are looking for someone with strong understanding of the management, soft and people’s skills, excellent communication, leadership and planning skills. We are looking for someone who:

• Awareness: You should be aware of the Agile Model and have the ability to write test cases effectively with good coverage
• Efficient: Should have the ability to execute test cases and record defects effectively that the same can be easily reproducible, to compare execution results across browsers and accurately report the areas on concern and to effectively prepare test data and data script automation
• Estimation: Should have the ability to provide estimates for a group of modules and to assist the test lead in test planning efforts
• Traceability: Should have the ability to maintain a traceability between Test cases and requirements and to trace the defect leakage and should have knowledge of Test Management Tools Usage.

Must have Technical Skills:

• Statistics, Manual Testing, API Testing

About you

• Analyser: analyse and synthesize information, breaks down concrete issues into parts and synthesize in a brief and clearly expressed manner. You should know how to collect and analyse information from a variety of appropriate sources.
• Good Communication Skills: two-way communication by maintaining a continuous, open and consistent communication with others. Consistently meeting established expectations through personal commitment and making improvements to activities/processes based on feedback
• Teamwork: Fosters teamwork continually, self-assesses and seeks feedback from others to identify strengths and weaknesses and ways of improving
• Client driven: Responds to client requests and takes action beyond explicit request within established service standards
