The role

• Should have clear understanding of SDLC and understand and implement requirement given
• Should be able to write bug free code for given requirement and conduct peer reviews based on standards defined
• Should be able to provide high level application impact because of requirement changes
• Should be able to apply static tools and report findings on the code written
• Should be able to configure and setup different environments and should have knowledge on architectural patterns
• Must have Technical Skills: Power Builder 10, Database SQL/Oracle, embedded SQL in PowerBuilder 10, Debugging skills on Power Builder 10

• Someone who can analyse and synthesizes information, breaks down concrete issues into parts and synthesizes in a brief and clearly expressed manner
• Someone who can collect and analyse information from a variety of appropriate sources
• Someone who fosters two-way communication by maintaining a continuous, open and consistent communication with others
• Consistently meets established expectations through personal commitment and makes improvements to activities/processes based on feedback
• Someone who fosters teamwork
