Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates.
• Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information
• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for

Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:30PM/7:30PM to 3:30AM/4:30AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).

Work Location: Mumbai

Desired Candidate Profile

• Under Graduate/Any Bachelor degree/Post Graduation
• Mandate of 6 months to 3 years of BPO experience in International Voice
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work in all US shifts
• Good Typing Speed
• MS office
