The Mgr Security Provisioning plays an essential role in overseeing the security provisioning policies for many of the corporate system applications. Through individual contributors, provides leadership and direction to all functional teams within Identity and Access Management Administration (IAM Admin). Focus is sub-function or department, typically with one team. Provides input for annual goals and objectives that support functional success. Is accountable for performance and results of multiple related teams and/or professional staff. Participates in monitoring of departmental metrics and resolves technical and high-risk issues that have been escalated for resolution.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Full management responsibility for a team of skilled professionals and staff who can analyze data
Manages individual contributors and non-exempt staff; responsible for the hiring of these positions, training and developing associates, distributing work, and performance management
Mentor and assist staff with their development and career paths
Recommend and implement procedures, productivity measures, and new technologies to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness of department
Establishes staffing needs, and develops and ensures all departmental and organizational priorities are met
Establishes annual goals and priorities and makes exceptions to policy and procedures to ensure the highest level of efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
Establishes and assigns departmental initiatives that have impact to department procedures, systems, and services
Ensures all deadlines are adhered to in established time frames
Comprehensive knowledge of products, agreements, regulations, and systems functionality critical
Creates formal networks involving other management teams
Consults and provides solutions to cross-functional challenges
Works on diverse issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Identifies and resolves complex problems within own disciplines or sub-function
Guide operational resources on how to resolve issues.
Effectively perform root cause analysis of issues and report the outcome to Management
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years identity and access management experience•2+ years technical team management experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL)
Basic understanding of Active Directory and
Comprehensive knowledge of the business, the internal record keeping system and products/services will be required
Ability to clearly communicate provisioning security matters to executives
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of provisioning systems security standards and practices (e.g., access controls, system audit monitoring, security policies, and incident handling)
Ability to interpret security provisioning data and processes to identify risk and potential compliance issues
