• Designation: Accounts Executive
• QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s in commerce/Master’s degree in commerce
• EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash as per Indian accounting standards and has worked in MNC/IT company.
• D365/Tally/QuickBooks or any ERP experience Must

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage contracts, sales orders, project ID, item journals, and invoicing milestone creation in the D365.
• Create invoices in the system based on commercial terms.
• Posting of accrued revenue and deferred revenue entries in the D365.
• Scrutinize bank advices & post all entries in D365.
• Liaise with the project and account manager for timesheet copies for the time and material projects and customer approvals for milestone / fixed price invoices.
• Perform cash application and generate money receipts.
• Clear customer and liaise with front-end teams to manage debtors & ensure timely recovery.
• Conduct customer reconciliations.
• Process credit/ debit notes and collections
• Prepare data for the accounting, internal audit & timely closure of accounts at period-end (month, quarter, or year).
• Prepare periodic management reports such as debtors aging, monthly customer-wise revenue statements, unbilled revenue data, etc.
