Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering Accuracy in preparing purchase orders more materials when necessary.

1 Procurement of materials Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
Perform buying duties when necessary.

Co-ordinate with the co-workers in stores to ensure receipt of material Quality of material received as per purchase order

2 Record Management
Ensure proper documentation/ entry of the received material in the Accuracy in documenting received material
ERP

No. of instances of faulty co-ordination/ delayed material received at
Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to stores

3 Vendor Management resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Respond to vendors/supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹42,000.00 per month
