Job Description
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Responsibilities
KeyRequirements: Automation QA (6+ years of exp)
At least 6+ years experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in automated testing.
Exposure to Cloud Applications Testing, Applications deployment, monitoring, CI/CD process & K8S, Docker.
Experience in web-applications automation testing using Selenium/Webdriver.
Experience in Testing RESTful web-services.
Experience in verification of microservices and preparation of automated acceptance tests.
Experience in writing and supporting software testing documentation (test plans, test cases).
Good understanding of test concepts and processes.
Knowledge and experience in programming, understanding OOPS principles and basic knowledge of design patterns.
Industry Experience with large scale enterprise software products (preferably SaaS/On-Demand).
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
Strong Result orientation and Creativity.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record from Xth onwards.
