The core business is the design, development and commercialization of wearable assistive exoskeletons that are able to support the daily living activities of elderly persons. The company’s vision is to bring a range of simple/quality/affordable wearable exoskeleton products to the market that meet needs for daily living as consumer products.Hiring process to be followed:· Submission of CVs and Covering Letters· Review of applications and shortlisting· Written test· Personal Interview· Background/ Reference checks· Job offer and acceptance· Start and Company inductionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Financial and Admin Person to join our company to support Company functions efficiently and punctually. The person should have a flexible approach and be able to juggle and prioritise tasks to deliver results on time and with accuracy.Applications are invited from goal-oriented and motivated persons who are able to work in dynamic and challenging team environments. Experience in financial procedures and ability to juggle detailed administrative tasks are invited. The person will report management on daily basis and will work closely with the Company’s Chartered Accountants to ensure all normal compliance regulations are carried out. In addition, Endoenergy is incubated under the STPI program and is registered as an STPI Unit as a 100% export Company. This requires additional compliance regulations to be followed. Support will be provided as needed.Role responsibilities include: · Responsible for monitoring day to day financial and administrative operations· Process and record invoices and ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded· Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports· Process monthly payroll· Monthly control of bank reconciliations and other financial statements· Taxation, statutory and audit reports compliance· Dealing with all compliance issues· Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents· Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g., auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.· Budgeting and forecasting· Prepare and present financial reports as needed· Send and track email queries including keeping across the work load and diaries of the team· Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies· Provide administrative assistance to management· Ability to work individually while also contributing positively to a team· Complaint handling & coordination with Support Team & Management· Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required· Working closely with other colleagues for day-to-day Company operations.Person specification: · Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance or similar field· Minimum of three years’ experience in similar field or working with qualified Charted Accountant.· In depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial regulations· Knowledge of regulatory requirements for private Companies such as GST and TDS filings, Tax, Tally, Quick Books software, Book keeping, Cash book, bank accounts, Ledger and Bank reconciliations, etc.· Experience of compliance reporting to Companies registered with government initiatives such as Startup, Make in India, STPI, etc.· Experience of importing and preparing associated documentation· Experience of preparing Softex form and filing STPI returns· Effective organizational and communication skills· Outstanding analytical and time management skills· Ability to pay attention to details· Ability to work in a team· Deep knowledge of MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel).Salary package: Salary INR 20,000-25,000/month.Location: UPES campus, Village Bidholi, Dehradun, Uttrakhand.To apply, please send your detailed CV (relevant experience, dates, qualifications, % marks, what, where & when) together with detailed description of the key skills and expertise you can offer relevant to the role and your motivation for applyingFurther information and details can be found at https://endoenergy.com/careers/Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Finance & Accounting Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
