Engineering Limited Hiring for Assistant Manager Costing at Karur, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization

• To understand the manufacturing process and to ascertain the cost based on the proper allocation (Direct, Indirect, Overheads)

• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

• Analyse & review of standard & actual costs for improvements

• To assist in budget vs Actual monitoring, variance analysis

• To ensure correctness on Inventory Valuation and performing proper monthly inventory reconciliations wherever is required

• To prepare and analyse the Contribution Margin Report and alert the management on lower Contribution margin products

• Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.

• Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.

• Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process.

• Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls.

• To Co-ordinate with the Cost Auditor and ensure timely completion of the Cost Audits

• To ensure timely submission of the Monthly, year end MIS reports

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – FUNCTIONAL

• Educational Qualification – CMA Inter or any B.Com/ M.Com / B.E Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience of in Costing domain in the Manufacturing Industry (Specifically on Engineering Industry/ Automobile Industries)

• Must have knowledge in Product Manufacturing process & basics of machine knowledge is preferred

• Hands on experience in Product/ Standard Costing

• Must be able to handle costing functions independently

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
