Position Summary:

As Project Manager I – Intern, you’ll help to develop new products, related processes and collaborate with product design engineers, regulatory engineers, quality engineers and project leaders to drive the implementation of new products, Proof of concepts for new products for life sciences, medical device, laboratory, diagnostic and consumer product markets.

Our internship program, is an exciting opportunity which will give you a chance to get real experience of different stages of the New product development-cycle, utilizing various engineering principles and methodologies to develop solutions, New product development processes and Program Management skills to enhance your management skills.

You will gain valuable insight that can further your development within Program Management field. The candidate would have the opportunity to work with accomplished program leaders and participate in key Product Engineering initiatives. This opportunity will enable you to build your professional network within the company and opening doors for your longer-term career development by gaining exposure to different teams, processes, and leadership.

This role reports into one of the IEC Program Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the business benefits to be realized through project investment
• Build project plans to establish a project schedule by collaborating with the team
• Ensure the maintenance of project plans in terms of tracking, resource allocation
• Interact with cross-functional teams and coordinate internal activities to ensure the delivery of project results on time
• Lead/Facilitate/Participate in cross-functional teams
• Progress report out to stakeholders
