We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IELTS and Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality training to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of teaching IELTS and soft skills.
IELTS Training:
Conduct IELTS preparation classes for all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve their scores.
Administer mock tests and evaluate student performance.
Soft Skills Training:
Deliver training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, interview preparation, and personality development.
Help students build confidence and professionalism for academic and workplace success.
Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Student Engagement:
Motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
Address student queries and provide additional support as needed.
Track student progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Collaborate with the management team to improve training programs and materials.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in IELTS training (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent) is preferred.
Proven experience in teaching IELTS and/or soft skills (minimum 1–2 years).
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.
Experience in teaching other standardized tests (e.g., TOEFL, GRE, GMAT) is a plus.
Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and student-centered learning.
Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms.
Experience in foreign education counseling (e.g., guiding students on university admissions, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities) will be an added advantage.
