About The Internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conduct visits to schools in the Delhi NCR region to meet with principals and other decision-makers
• Present our product to school management, highlighting its features, benefits, and potential impact on students’ learning outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with school representatives, establishing a strong rapport and trust to enhance the chances of securing partnerships
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored pitches and presentations
• Gather feedback and insights from school visits, providing valuable inputs for product improvement and market strategy
• Keep track of school appointments, maintaining an organized schedule and timely follow-ups
• Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to our values and code of conduct

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively persuade stakeholders
• Comfortable with fieldwork, willing to travel to schools in the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad)
• Currently pursuing or completing an MBA (preferably with a focus on marketing, sales, or education) or equivalent qualifications
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle different school environments and principled personalities
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be available for 2 months
