We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing technology specific contract positions from various job boards and applying to all qualified positions daily. The person is also responsible for ensuring that our employees continue to rank at the top of all job boards.

Job Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel

It is a Work from Office job.

Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6:30pm)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply to all available job postings on the major job portals for our consultants that are assigned.Monster

• Strong job board, key-word search, profile ranking and search optimization skillsEnsuring that all assigned consultants are relevant and visible to recruiters

• Ownership in the incoming traction for our consultants from vendors in the market
• Strong computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must have a working computer with camera
• Ability to work independently, but also take direction from a single manager
• Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work
• Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work scheduleMon to Fri (9.30am to 6:30pm)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Must be very organized and have great attention to detail
