Application Support Associate position

Enkompas Network Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for Business Application support associates to work at their Mysore location. This position involves providing administrative and application support for the end-users as well as assisting the helpdesk team in implementing business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the helpdesk to ensure the end-users are supported.

2. Follow application process documentation and complete the tasks assigned in a timely manner.

3. Maintain system documentation.

4. Setup and manage user accounts – Adds, Changes, Deletes and Moves.

5. Follow best practices and participate in quality and audit processes.

Skillsets:

1. Understand the workflow and process requirements of the business related to the application

2. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, be a good listener and work with a diverse group of customers.

3. Ability to be an expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering business applications.

4. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, knowledge of MS Office applications.

5. Ability to work through ambiguous work situations.

6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Educational qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3- year diploma or an equivalent with knowledge of computers.

2. Certification or training in MS Office applications.

3. Proficiency in the English language

Location: Mysore

Salary: INR 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh per annum DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
