JOB DISCRIPTION : Our firm is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.QUALIFICATION : Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)2+ years’ experience working in an office settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of QuickBooks softwareAbility to multi-task and prioritize projectsCustomer-service orientedAble to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervisionRoles and Responsibilities : Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate officesConduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documentsCoordinate project deliverablesPerform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget trackingSchedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the companyProvide administrative support for operations teamMonitor the production staffJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹136,198.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftCOVID-19 considerations:yes precautions doneExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Data & Technical Business Analysts: 1 year (Preferred)
