About Role

Do you want to kickstart your career in the world of coding? Do you get excited by finding bugs and then problem solving to fix them? In this role, you will be working with a team of experts responsible for delivering a quality product to the client on schedule. ExperSolve, an Ensono company, migrates legacy applications to modern platforms, such as Java Spring and C# .NET, using automated tools.

Responsibilities

• Applying Java or C# coding skills in an Eclipse or Visual Studio modernization environment

• Developing our core Java or C# libraries for modernized environments

• Setting up testing to ensure that modernized programs function correctly

• Analyzing problems found during testing and applying code corrections and improvements

• Coordinating solutions with the team while identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity

• Providing consultation and teachable moments to more junior members of the team

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• 4+ years of coding experience in Java or C#

• Experience in software testing and debugging, troubleshooting

• Problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Experience with –

• Object-oriented programming in Java, C#, or similar languages

• Eclipse or Visual Studio

• Spring or .NET

• Relational Databases

• Ability to mentor junior colleagues on the team

• Undergraduate degree, coding boot camp certification, or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with legacy languages or databases

Good to Have Skills

• Coding boot camp

• Certification in Java or C#
