DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience of 4 years in core Windows servers for L2 position
Providing support to primarily external customers.
Interact with customers, end-users, and team members on a daily basis.
Maintaining Ticket updates and solving the issues within SLA
Troubleshoot Windows environments
Installation, configuration, maintenance, and support for hardware, operating systems, and application
Participation in completing customer change requests and problem ticket resolution outside of normal business hours.
Mandatory Skills
Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 Server Operating System Administration
Good skills in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting server-class hardware(Preferably HP, Dell, IBM, Blade Chassis)
Good troubleshooting knowledge of all the current Windows OS versions and Active Directory
Experience troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues, including fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
Proven track record providing excellent customer service
Good to have skills: Good Communication skills, VMWare, and Storage Knowledge to have an understanding of the WholeEnvironment with Shift 24 X 7 rotational Shifts.
